Early in the morning you take the boat for the crossing to Sifnos. Upon arrival you’ll be transferred to your hotel.
Sifnos is the island of Apollo. It is also the island of… weddings. Its 235 parishes attract many Greeks who come to Sifnos to celebrate their marriage. The parishes also organize dozens of festivals every year: chances are you’ll find yourself in the middle of one. Sifnos is also known for the quality of its gastronomy, as well as for its authentic charm combined with folk arts and traditions.
Take advantage of your first day on Sifnos to stroll around and relax. Take a leisurely stroll around the port of Kamares, admire its small shops and enjoy lunch in a restaurant with your feet in the water. The beach is just a stone’s throw away, so don’t hesitate to take a dip!
Breakfast included. Lunch and dinner on your own.
Overnight in Sifnos.
Your rental car is delivered directly to your hotel around 9:30 am. Head for Platys Gialos for a dream cruise off the secret coves of Sifnos. Stops, swimming and lunches are scheduled throughout the cruise.
Your cruise boat cruises serenely along the island’s south coast, passing the inhabited island of Kitriani. Make a stopover in the heavenly bay of Fikiada, and discover its beautiful sandy beach and the little rock-top church of Agios Georgios.
Continue the cruise on the western side of Sifnos, via the well-sheltered sandy beach of Vathy, the two pebble beaches of Vlychada and Tsocha, and the beautiful Yialoudia, whose turquoise waters captivate the eye. In fine weather, the cruise takes you to the pebble beach of Vroulidia, then on to the bay of Hersonissos, with its golden beach and typical fishing village. If you’re lucky enough to be an early riser, get there as early as possible. Sit quietly on the ground for one of the most romantic moments of your honeymoon: the sunrise behind the monastery of Chrissopigi.
After lunch, stroll through the narrow streets of the village and visit the shops and potters’ stalls. The potters will work the clay before your eyes, perpetuating a craft that was so popular in ancient Greece.

Take advantage of the morning to rest and relax around the pool and in the cafés surrounding your hotel!
At 2pm, you’re off on a catamaran to discover Santorini’s famous Caldera and its volcano! The group transfer (maximum 10 people) departs from your hotel for Vlichada beach, where the cruise begins.
You’ll sail along Santorini’s picturesque beaches. A stop is made for swimming and snorkeling, weather permitting. You’ll then pass the Indian Head mountain, and the old Venetian lighthouse that marks the entrance to the Caldera. Take a good look at the calm waters: you’re entering the heart of the volcano! This natural wonder was formed when the crater collapsed after a violent eruption, and the waters then covered the land.
You then head off in the direction of the volcanic islands that make up the archipelago and visit the hot springs created by the power of magma. Finally, you disembark in a small, private, heavenly bay between Palea and Nea Kameni. Enjoy an excellent lunch of seafood and steaks prepared on the boat and cooked on the barbecue. Lunch, beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water are included +in your package.
After this exceptional day, relax over a fine dinner of local gastronomy in Imerovigli, Firostefani or Thera.
Cruise duration: 5h

Overnight in Santorini.
To make the most of your day of exploration, your car is delivered directly to your hotel in the morning.
Head to the south of the island to discover wild Santorini and its hidden treasures.
Visit the archaeological site of Akrotiri, the Pompeii of the Cyclades. The ancient prehistoric Minoan city was frozen in time by the eruption of 1600 B.C., much to the delight of ancient history buffs and archaeologists alike. At the Thera Prehistoric Museum in Fira, admire the colorful frescoes of the Monkeys, the Fountain and the Africans. Immerse yourself in the Minoan civilization!
After visiting the archaeological site, you have several options. You can continue towards the tip of the island to the Akrotiri Lighthouse. Here you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the caldera… and a breathtaking sunset. Or opt for an unusual visit to the former cherry tomato factory for which the island is famous.
Finish the day on the red beach, the black volcanic beaches or the famous Vlichada beach!
Breakfast included – Lunch and dinner on your own.
Overnight in Santorini.
In Santorini, viticulture has been a traditional activity for… 3,200 years! Under the aegis of the god Dionysus, taste the famous Vinsanto, made from a grape variety that grows on the volcanic mountains and has been known since ancient Greece. Also enjoy the white wine Assyrtiko and a whole range of wonderful nectars that are the specialty of the island of Santorini. In the heart of Santorini, visit the traditional village of Pyrgos, the highest inhabited point on the island. Climb to the top of the castle ruins for an exceptional view of Santorini, while sipping an excellent coffee or a glass of Vinsanto on the terrace of the famous Café Franco.
Pyrgos exudes authentic charm. Tangled alleys, 48 churches (including the 12th-century Theotokaki), a Venetian fort, immaculate white houses: everything here exudes the Aegean and the Cyclades!
But there’s another option for this ninth day! Plan an early morning departure to explore the island of Thirasia, either on foot or by electric bike. Get ready for a trip back in time! Thirasia looks like Santorini a hundred years ago. Surrounded by the magnificent scenery of the caldera, you’ll pass through vineyards, picturesque villages with troglodyte houses and small churches. You’ll visit an old bakery that still uses a wood-fired oven to bake bread, which you’ll taste on the spot. Then sit back and enjoy a meal of local produce in an old cellar. Stroll along Riva Harbor and through the village of Manolas, explore the Aprilla Caves and Korfos Bay for an extraordinary day out.
Finally, return to your hotel and enjoy your last night in Santorini!
